Getting over your ex has 3 phases;
First it’s saddness that they’re gone.
Second is resentment and anger.
Third is acceptance and moving forward.
-There’s no time limit on how long these phases will last, depending on how attached you were to that person. But if it’s been a year and you’re still tearing up over the breakup, you should probably get some counselling.

I had a HUGE crush on this boy at school. I havent seen him in a while and i’ve i havent really ever talked to him. I’m kind of over him, but when i see him, i get that feeling you get in your chest/stomach when you see someone you like. I want to get over him so bad!! Do you have any tips on how to get over him? It’s a hell load of guess work, You have to be detached, don’t put your neck on the line to much,gotta have other things going for you besides wommen, be after much more than any women could ever provide for you, that way you can prioritise things in you own life above hers… If she choose to go, make sure you have a backup girl in line…
the only thing I would add to this is to make a list of the things you want to experience in your next relationship
